David Ragen is a native of Northern California and comes from a background that is a blend of French, Irish, English, German, and Scottish ancestry. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Chico State University and has been employed at Community Action Partnership for 32 years. He currently holds the position of Support Services Manager, where he is responsible for overseeing various aspects such as facilities, maintenance, vehicles, safety, operations, purchasing, and logistics. David has a deep connection to this Program and sees it as an integral part of his life. His co-workers are like his family, and he is motivated by the essential work they do, serving the families and staff who make it all possible. David regards his decision to work at Head Start as one of the best decisions he has ever made.
