Central Santa Rosa Library (Downtown) 211 E Street Santa Rosa, CA 95404  2nd Fridays from 1-3:30 (07/14, 08/11, 09/08, 10/13)  The Financial Stability program from CAP Sonoma will be tabling the Community Connections events at the library and providing flyers and application assistance for the Affordable Connectivity Program (internet discount program), California Mortgage Relief Program, H20 Water discount program, etc.
